When these lists are created the status for each listing is S, P, or B. During the week, the listing status may change. The values in the Status column indicate:

S – Sold, escrow has closed
P – Pending, an offer has been accepted and the transaction is in escrow, but escrow has not yet closed
B – Backup, an offer has been accepted, but the seller will consider backup offers
A - Active, escrow did not close and the home is back on the market
K - Cancelled, the listing agreement has been cancelled
