About Janie Sue

Janie Sue (Hauck) Nagy moved to Manhattan Beach in 1964 and continues to enjoy living in this great beach community with her husband and two children. She is a Manhattan Beach homeowner and is an active volunteer with the Mira Costa High School Band Boosters.

Janie Sue is licensed as a real estate broker by the State of California and is a Realtor® in good standing with the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the local South Bay Association of Realtors. In addition, she has experience investing in and managing rental properties.

Prior to her real estate career, Janie Sue spent over 30 years with TRW/Northrop Grumman, where she held management positions in software development and system engineering. The skills she developed there in communication, negotiation, analysis and problem solving will contribute to your successful real estate transaction. She holds an M.S. in computer science from UCLA and has an undergraduate degree in music.
