Here's another answer to the question, "Who can afford to live in Manhattan Beach?"  According to On The Road With Mike Evans, "Renee Zellweger and Bradley Cooper made an offer on an ocean front pad, on the strand Manhattan Beach house, that is listed for $4 million."
